We are looking for an exemplary Administrative Executive Assistant to join our small, but growing team at Everyday. This role will be a multifaceted role, spanning marketing implementation projects and executive assistant duties. We are searching for a self-starter with exceptional communication skills. You are passionate about getting things done across multiple disciplines and are interested in technology and brand. You are proactive and passionate about working at a startup and are eager to learn and expand your skill set.

You will be working directly with our co-founders to assist in implementing various projects across marketing, operations and project management. You must have a keen eye for detail, be exceptionally organized, and have a proactive work ethic. This role will be on a contract basis, paid hourly: 

  • Hours: 20 hours/week
  • Pay: $15-$25/hour, *Experience Dependent
  • Location: Mainly remote + occasional onsite in Portland

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Work with the founders to manage administrative duties and coordinate with external contacts: scheduling, research, organization
  • Keep digital channels up-to-date by writing and posting blogs, managing social, and basic website upkeep 
  • Help manage key strategic projects and tactical marketing activities:
    • Manage our email outreach by building emails and newsletters in HubSpot and managing our list segmentation
    • Manage our social media; Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn to position Everyday as a thought leader in the customer analytics + marketing AI space
    • Search for and apply for awards in the startup, tech, and brand spaces
    • Explore other creative ways to gain exposure for Everyday, like listing us on product review sites or growing startup sites
  • Generate and manage outreach with strategic partners, advisors, press, and awards opportunities to gain added exposure for Everyday 
  • List Everyday on product review sites to help with added exposure
  • Generate and manage communication channels with potential stakeholders, investors, and customers
  • Search and applying for pitch events that would open the opportunity for investor relationships
  • Research key companies in the space that we are targeting
  • Help obtain and manage event and speaking opportunities for the founders

  • At least 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience 
  • Background in the tech or the startup space 
  • Digital and social media experience: HubSpot, WordPress, social media management
  • Exceptional writing and communications skills
  • PR management experience preferred
