Stealth blockchain start-up is seeking a virtual assistant to the help the two founders stay organized. You'll be in charge of handling the small details to keep the company moving so that the founders can focus on larger company goals.
Open to US and International applicants. 10-20 hours per week.
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Book travel and accommodations
- Manage a contact list and update the CRM
- Organize founders’ calendars
- Perform market research
- Create presentations, as assigned
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Experience supporting founders of high growth technology start-ups
- Experience with Google Workspace (e.g. docs, calendar, meet, slides)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Strong Internet connection required
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
